Full Description

Seolleongtang
This original Seoul-style seolleongtang features a rich meat broth made by simmering various beef parts for 48 hours without additives, including ox bone, head meat, brisket, beef skirt, thin-sliced beef brisket, ox tongue, knee cartilage, ox feet, and tendon.

Mul-naengmyeon
The broth combines ox bone and meat stock, pursuing natural sweetness, acidity, and umami without sugar, vinegar, or artificial seasonings. The toppings include carefully seasoned boiled beef from the rump, brisket, and pork.

Bibim-naengmyeon
Like mul-naengmyeon, the noodles are made by slowly grinding buckwheat and mixing it with potato starch in specific proportions, considering its heat sensitivity. The spicy sauce is made with natural ingredients, aiming for a clean, spicy aftertaste.

Naejang-tang
A soup made by thoroughly cleaning and boiling various beef intestines including tripe, omasum, and large intestines.
